honestly it probably tastes better and is healthier than it's American version. i once had Mcdonalds in Costa Rica(it was the closet place to me and it was like 10pm and i had a connecting flight very early in the morning and i had been drinkmaxxing on the plane) so i wasnt trying to go out very far
