I'm not worried about the logs too much right now, more worried about getting it back up.

He bragged about having done it before on FoH I think. He wasn't an FoH poster, just a guy who went there after misc and was in misc thread. He also said he took down that other alternative misc site. numisc or fitmisc or whatever.

You guys could add a max # of thread created by a single user. Or limit threads created by a user to like 10 per hr or something. Nobody ever makes that many threads. Or after x number of threads are created, add a cooldown on making a new thread.

I'm not sure that's what he was doing. In the logs I'm seeing, it's actually being done through what looks like private messages, which would be a good way to hide tracks and not make it obvious on the main forum.
