What we all doing today? Lets generate some type of daily post.

Worked out this morning.

BB shoulder press 3x10x165
flys 3x10 35DB
DB shoulder press 8x45 8x55 8x65
Squats 1x8 145 1x8 215 1x8 305

30 min bike ride


Mowing yard this morning and work this afternoon

Training back tonight, GF is out of town with family tonight so might get beef rendang from the local Indonesian joint (like 300g of slow cooked beef) and drink some ginger beers while packing my place to move into the new one I just bought

Damn we are the same age and I don’t think 350 is possible without a cycle for me. I squat around 405. And while I can actually rep it 2-3 times my legs are absolutely DESTROYED for a week straight after going that heavy. Maybe it’s just time for me to blast and cruise for life

Yeah I'm on 200mg of vitamin T most of the time. I'll take 6-8 weeks off every now and then. Would recommend.
