When a big boss comes to visit people are elbowing each other out of the way to get face time.

Somebody is whining to me about a problem in their job. Then their boss walks up and starts discussing the same issue and they're telling the boss everything is wonderful (lol)

Bosses make promises to the rank and file employees and it's all disproven by a higher boss a week later.
