New misc 225 for reps contest

Anyone wanna do a 225 for max reps bench contest? I'm gonna try it next week after a 3 day bender

ask me again in 6 months. need a shoulder mri

If this is still up in a couple of weeks im down. I'm at like 10 atm, would like to hit 20 at some point. The older I get the less heavy I go tho. When I could actually bench 375 I could bust out 225 for 15-20 easy.

Didn't pay attention to shoulder health for the last 6 years

I probably have that coming for me soon too. Oh well for now I'll just pretend everything is fine.

3 sets of 20 is some crazy endurance. My triceps were done after this one set.

225x20 is when you officially become a man srs, nice work
