Hypothesis: Lengthened partials (eccentric stretch) causes more muscle growth than full reps
Results: No significant differences in partials vs full ROM

I'm been experimenting a bit with this. For the most part I still do full ROM but for flat and incline pressing I've been stopping just short of lockout for most reps.
