Totally pwned this guy at the gym today

I was warming up on the treadmill when another guy started using the one next to me.

He set his pace to the same as mine - for his actual workout.

So I continued doing my warm-up for about 10 minutes to make him think we were on equal terms.

Then I set the treadmill to my actual pace which was 2x as fast.

I could see him slowly panic in my peripheral vision as he slowly realized he had been competing with my warm-up.

To add insult to injury I continued my workout until he left so not only was my pace faster I also lasted longer.

That showed him. Good job brah.
