Bodybuilding.com needs to suffer the consequences (srs)
We had something like 900 active users according to Bizee’s last thread. If even half of them were alts (entirely possible), we still had a community 400+ strong. The misc wasn’t dead. Bodybuilding.com killed it, and we must ensure consequences will never be the same.
I encourage everyone to floor the internet with negative reviews of ALL of their products. Download Bodyspace and leave 1 star reviews. Spam their IG comments, do what you have to do to voice your frustration. They just stole decades of our lives with a single click. It cannot go unchecked.

they are already bankrupt
the only way to support the cause
is to continue the trip.
we can make a FORUM, but it wont last
unless it have a strong goal.
in the mean time, we can post a BLOG
or ask questions on reddit/quora
where did the MISC go and someone answers
about the forum.

You’re right Kiop. Our community will live on but we can’t let BB.com off the hook. Going after their reputation publicly is effective. Libs do it all the time lol.
A good place to start is to leave a 1 star review for Bodybuilding.com’s Boise HQ on Google. It’s their most visible review page.
After that, flood their social media comments, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Don’t let them post a single thing without hearing from us.
And in the end they’ll probably go bankrupt. Not because of us, but their own incompetence and mismanagement, the decision to shut down the forums is just a symptom of their deeper issues.

We need to be careful tho
This could disappear as it is now
We need to host our own server collectively so they would need legal action in court
Can't let this happen again

There was a point where bb.com completely removed the forums from being accessed through a google search (which lasted for several months) so that certainly didn't help things.

Bodybuilding.com won't even exist in like 5 years. Guarenteed it's bankrupt when we're in a recession.

yeah I dont see how they compete with amazon. I remember a time where I prefered bb over amazon for ordering whey/pwo because it supported the community. However, over time, I had issues ordering and shipping and Amazon just made it too easy to switch.

I already left them a negative review on trustpilot, once the review is no longer pending it will go in my sig.

It's not realistic to assume that half of those were alts, somebody logged out and logged back in to check in.
We had realistically a few thousand people who would post on a monthly basis, and probably 10,000+ who viewed weekly on the Misc.

I think so too. Bodybuilding.com underestimated how many people were truly invested in their platform.

I assumed they were already going bankrupt and got rid of The Misc in an attempt to be more marketable and offload it to some idiot.

Re: Bodybuilding.com needs to suffer the consequences (srs)
I seriously think somebody should open a fitness store, do an official forum with effort into it, try to make money, even sell some advertising space, ask Miscers to donate (I would) and compete with BB.com. Attaching a forum to a store may also get organic traffic. Resell supps or something.
Smaht brah, you interested?
it's the best recourse.
