And when I mean shit I mean they look old and wrinkley skin looks fcked up and they're not youthful whatsoever.

Having muscle has zero to do with being healthy or longevity srs.

being too lean makes your skin look wrinklier as you age. fat fills it out and makes it look more youthful.

Lots of avid gymgoers take some form of PED of varying degree, many of which will affect hormones and thus aging.

Many who take the more serious PEDs either react poorly to it or do not run proper cycles/PCT which also affects their hormones and skin.

And on the flip side, all those road bikers and marathon runners look like chit as well. As with anytime, moderation is key. I did have a friend who was fat. He lost a shit ton of weight and now he looks like a bobble head cancer patient. Srs. He looked better fat.

Most of the lifters I've known had shyt diets, eating fast food and garbage everyday, which isn't much different from normal people, up until I got really fat I looked pretty good.

And come to think of it.... all of the sedentary-cels also look like chit.

It's as if no matter what you do aging comes down to genetics or something with the majority not having the youthful genetics.

Lifting/exercise stimulates growth hormones and that helps with youthfulness.

You are thinking of people who were on steroids and lifting for profit.

You can see this with pro-athletes and even high school ones.

They weren't exercising for fitness but as part of some scheme for school, money, popularity, etc. Once that motive was gone they stopped exercising and ended up looking broken.

this is pretty much the path i'm going down now. Only 2 upper body workout every 10-14 days. I'm focusing mainly on cardio and legs now. Combining walking lunges, bulgarian split squats, with stairmasters + bike, etc. Goin on outdoor jog more. Feelsgoodman
