In my building there were a bunch of black guys in an apartment. I used to talk to them very frequently.

I hadn't seen them in a bit and walked by their door. On it was a sheriff's notice that they owed 26k in rent and detectives were on the case.

I found it astonishing.

I used to work security for a residential estate and I remember one guy squatting in an $3000 a month apartment for 8 months. I’d see this nikka on the cctv casually stroll in and out with not a care in the world lmao. I’m pretty sure he made it to a year then I don’t know what happened after that but I wouldn’t be surprised if he never paid a dime.
