Weekly Training Videos (Week 2)
For the first time in over 20 years, the scale had a one in the hundreds place this morning.
BW 199.8
It was leg day today misc.
Bike 60 min
BW Squat x15,10,10
Squat 215x8, 275x1, 185x5, 165x10
Walking Lunges 3 sets
Leg Extension 3x25
Leg Curl 3x12
Back Raise 45 x16,16,16
Once I’m out of this calorie deficit, the goal becomes getting stronger again. So in another five or six weeks, I’ll start looking to bump those numbers up more.

Making it the 190s is a big achievement. I know you must feel light as hell on your feet

Thanks. Yeah, physically I’m feeling great, and in good shape. All that time I’ve spent on the bike has helped a lot with that too.

I was 19 or 20 when Gladiator came out, and I must have watched it 100 times (along with Fight Club and American History X). And Russell Crowe was exactly who I wanted to look like when I was lifting back then.

Murdered my arms tonight Misc. I already had a triceps workout a few days ago, so I took it a little bit easier on those and blasted biceps/forearms.

Feeling good and probably within 10 pounds or so of ending this seemingly forever-long calorie deficit. But with my new dimensions/proportions, I'm still trying to figure out how deadlift for my frame. I used to be such a good deadlifter... now let's just say I have some issues to correct.

Front Squat 185x1 more of a warmup, going to start doing these more prior to deadlifts to activate more mid/upper back and quads
Deadlift up to 300x10
Deficit Deadlift 255 x3x3
BB Row 5x5 @ 155

Today was the last day of Week 10 in this current cut. Probably 4-6 weeks left. I’ve been experimenting with lifting 7 days per week, at least until this cut is over.
