I think you are right. Your emails are being stoped.
I tried to resend myself a new password and email did not go through.
Also I did an Alt account (User: GRAV****) (Sorry it is development) with Gmail and email was not received. Zoukero was done with @hotmail.com

Hey Lockdev, I tried registering but keep getting an error message that registration is disabled by the administrator across Brave, Firefox, and even Vivaldi, plus private search so no extensions in the way.

Also, we had to IP ban a spammer, so if you're running NordVPN, turn it off or change locations for registration, and possibly use.
